Summary: In this step you'll be determining the name of the area you will be advertising to (i.e., your Target Market). This step is important. You need a big enough target market to get low-cost leads consistently. But at the same time, you can't use TOO BIG of an area or your ads will not have enough "relevance" for your audience.
