Summary: In this step, you'll be selecting 3 communities in your target market to showcase. These 3 communities will act as your "conversation starters" when following-up with and communicating with your leads/prospects. Determine (and write down) the lowest price home as this will be added to your Facebook Ad in later steps.
IMPORTANT: It is best-practice to find a low-price community and middle price and a higher price community to cover the full pricing spectrum. It is also best-practice to choose only communities that have inventory (either partially-built or fully-built); otherwise, it becomes difficult to schedule showings/meetings with potential clients.
